Where is my order?
You'll get a tracking email once your order ships, usually within 1–2 business days of ordering. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement. If nothing has updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier inquiry.
How do I return something?
Email or call us with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a return authorization and the return address. Items need to be unused and in original packaging — see our Refund & Returns Policy for the full detail.
My kit arrived damaged or a piece is missing.
Send us photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it, ship the missing piece, or refund you in full — your call. Keep the box until it's sorted.
Do you take bulk or trade orders?
Yes. Tell us the kits and quantities you're after and we'll quote you. Use the form and pick "Bulk or trade enquiry."
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If the order hasn't shipped, yes — call us and we'll update it. Once it's with the carrier we can't redirect it, so it has to run as a standard return.
