These Terms govern your use of the PipeForge Tools website and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Products, pricing, and availability
We describe our tool kits and their contents as accurately as we can, including piece counts, sizes, and materials. Product photography is illustrative; finishes and packaging may vary slightly between production runs. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, revise product contents, or discontinue items at any time without notice.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We confirm your order by email, but we may cancel and refund an order in full if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraud. Nothing here obliges us to honor an obvious pricing mistake.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Sales tax is applied where required.
Use of tools
Our products are hand tools intended for competent use in ordinary plumbing work. You are responsible for using them safely, for following any instructions supplied with them, and for complying with local plumbing codes and permit requirements. We are not a plumbing contractor and nothing on this site is professional advice about your specific installation.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, scrape or overload it, interfere with its security, or resell our content. All site content — text, layout, logos, and photography we own — remains ours or our licensors’.
Warranties and liability
Products carry any manufacturer warranty supplied with them. Beyond that and beyond our Refund Policy, the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost work or property damage from misuse of a tool. Some states do not allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma. We may update these Terms; the version posted when you order is the one that applies to that order.
