We want the kit to be right. If it isn’t, here’s exactly how returns work.
Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging, including cases, inserts, and any documentation. Tools that have been used on a job, marked, sharpened, modified, or returned without their case are not eligible.
Complete kits must be returned complete. A kit missing pieces will be refunded at a reduced amount reflecting the missing items, or refused.
How to start a return
Email support@pipeforgetools.store or call 405-627-1004 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm CT) with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll reply with a return authorization and the return address. Please don’t ship anything back before you have that authorization — unauthorized returns can be delayed or refused.
Return shipping
If the return is because of our error — wrong item, missing piece, or a product that arrived damaged or defective — we pay return shipping and send a prepaid label. For returns of change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or no longer needing the item, you pay return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.
We do not charge restocking fees on unopened items. Kits returned opened but unused may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% if repackaging is required; we’ll tell you before processing.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically posts it within another 3–10 business days — that part is out of our hands. We’ll email you when the refund is issued.
If a return is rejected on inspection, we’ll contact you with photos and the reason, and return the item to you at your cost or dispose of it, whichever you prefer.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. Report damage, missing pieces, or the wrong item within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll replace it, send the missing piece, or refund you in full — your choice. Manufacturing defects that appear later are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty; contact us and we’ll help you file.
Exchanges
The fastest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order, so the item you want ships immediately rather than waiting on the return to arrive. We’re happy to do a direct exchange if you’d rather — just ask.
Cancellations
Email or call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If the order hasn’t shipped, we cancel and refund in full. If it’s already gone out, treat it as a standard return.
Non-returnable
Clearance items marked final sale, and gift cards, cannot be returned.
