We ship plumbing tools and kits from Woodward, Oklahoma to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed after 1pm CT are processed the next business day. During sales periods or heavy volume, processing can take an extra day; if anything takes longer than that, we’ll email you.

We may hold an order briefly if the billing and shipping details don’t match or if our payment processor flags the transaction for review. We’ll contact you if we need anything to release it.

Shipping methods and cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous United States. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $8.95. Expedited options and their exact cost are shown at checkout before you pay, based on your address and the weight of the order — tool kits are heavy, so rates vary more than they would for light goods.

Estimated transit times (after processing, business days only):

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship by available carrier service; transit typically runs 5–10 business days and free shipping thresholds do not apply. We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS where the carrier permits it. We currently do not ship internationally.

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs, and holiday volume can add time, and we can’t control that once a package is in the carrier’s hands.

Tracking

You’ll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with a tracking number when it ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after it’s issued. If tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, contact us and we’ll open an inquiry with the carrier.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address given. If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll refund the item cost less shipping, or reship once you cover the new shipping cost. We can change an address only if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the package, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 7 days — we’ll file a carrier claim. For packages damaged in transit, keep the box and packing material and send us photos within 7 days of delivery; we’ll replace the item or refund you.

Split shipments

Large or multi-kit orders may arrive in more than one box, sometimes on different days. You’ll get tracking for each.
