PipeForge Tools (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and sells plumbing tool kits and hand tools to customers in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, subscribe to our email list, or contact support, you provide details such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and phone number. If you contact us about a return or a problem with an order, we keep a record of that correspondence.
Payment information. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our servers. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor’s systems and handled by them under their own security standards. We receive only limited information such as the card brand, the last four digits, and whether the transaction succeeded.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we log IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (keeping items in your cart, keeping you signed in) and for analytics that tell us which pages people actually use.
How we use information
We use your information to process and ship orders, handle returns and refunds, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, meet tax and accounting obligations, and improve the site. If you opt in, we use your email address to send occasional product and restock updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who need it to do their jobs: our payment processor, shipping carriers, our ecommerce and hosting platforms, and our email service. Each receives the minimum needed to perform the task. We may also disclose information where required by law, a valid legal request, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If our business is ever sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Retention and security
We keep order records as long as needed for warranty, returns, and legal or tax requirements, and then delete or anonymize them. We use encryption in transit and restrict internal access to order data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message; transactional emails about your orders will continue. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email support@pipeforgetools.store.
Children
Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
